All the customers purchasing courses are given access to the course platform
There is no physical SHIPPING involved in any form including CDs / PEN Drive / Any other media
No Shipping, hence no courier service is there
All the products purchased can be accessed immediately by the customers on our course platform
All the issues are subjected to be resolved by contacting on support@kitflix.com or +91-9404865609.
All confirmed products will be shipped within 3-5 days from order confirmation.

For all the courses sold from our website, we have a standard 14-day trial period before making purchase for digital products.
Therefore, there are no Refunds for any purchases made from Kitflix.com
Purchases made from Udemy are applicable under Udemy's refund policy

No cancellation and returns are acceptable for physical products sold on kitflix.com
